Our Course Offerings

Spanish 1
Spanish 1 offers an introduction to Spanish language and culture, focusing on greetings, conversations, and personal expression. Students develop foundational reading, writing, and speaking skills while gaining cultural awareness.

Spanish 2
Spanish 2 strengthens students’ Spanish skills learned in Spanish 1 with new grammar concepts, verb tenses, and vocabulary. Students explore Spanish-speaking cultures and current events to enhance their communication skills.

Spanish 3
Spanish 3 refines students’ Spanish abilities through advanced grammar, such as the subjunctive mood and complex tenses. Students apply their knowledge in varied scenarios while deepening cultural understanding.

German 1
German 1 introduces students to basic communication skills while also building vocabulary and grammar fundamentals. Cultural insights are integrated as students explore German-speaking regions through stories and dialogues.

German 2
German 2 builds on the foundations of German 1, introducing advanced grammar like stem-changing verbs and past tenses. Students deepen their cultural knowledge by exploring German traditions, events, and famous figures.

French 1
French 1 introduces students to the fundamentals of the French language through listening, speaking, reading, and writing in real-life contexts. The course emphasizes cultural understanding and language development.

French 2
French 2 expands students’ language skills and intercultural understanding, focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing in present, past, and future tenses. Students engage with authentic materials and cultural contexts to deepen their communication abilities.

AP Biology
AP Biology is a rigorous course equivalent to a two-semester college-level biology class, emphasizing modern biology concepts, critical thinking, and real-world applications. Students build a strong foundation in biological knowledge and explore its environmental and social implications.

AP Chemistry
AP Chemistry is structured around four major themes and six science practices, focusing on real-world chemical applications. Students engage in-depth with each topic, completing labs, assignments, and assessments with personalized instructor support and feedback.

AP Physics 1
AP Physics 1 is equivalent to an introductory college physics course. During this course, students will focus on understanding core physics concepts and applying them to solve real-world problems. Students will master science practices through algebra-based problem-solving.

AP Calculus AB
AP Calculus AB explores functions, limits, continuity, differential calculus, and integral calculus. Students solve real-world problems, such as calculating slopes, related rates, motion properties, areas, and volumes, with a focus on inquiry, technology, and practical applications.

AP Calculus BC
AP Calculus BC builds on AB concepts by exploring analytic geometry, series, and polynomial approximations alongside functions, limits, differential, and integral calculus. In this course, students solve complex problems using inquiry and technology.

AP Statistics
AP Statistics introduces descriptive and inferential statistics, probability, and data analysis. Using textbooks, simulations, and online instruction, students analyze data and build statistical arguments grounded in empirical and theoretical methods.

AP European History
AP European History examines Europe’s cultural, political, and social evolution from 1450 to the present. Students analyze primary sources and varying interpretations, exploring historiography and building critical historical reasoning skills.

AP United States History
AP U.S. History explores the nation’s political, social, and economic evolution from 1491 to the present. In this course, students analyze primary sources, historical themes, and trends to develop critical thinking and argumentation skills for the AP exam.

AP US Government and Politics
AP U.S. Government and Politics provides an analytical perspective on American political structures, institutions, and practices. Students explore political theories, policies, and case studies, highlighting daily operations of the U.S. government.

AP World History Modern
AP World History covers global developments from early civilizations to present-day issues. Students analyze primary and secondary sources, compare civilizations, and engage in critical discussions to deepen their understanding of world history.

AP English Literature
AP English Literature immerses students in advanced literary analysis through short fiction, novels, poetry, and drama. The course develops critical thinking and writing skills, preparing students for college-level literary studies and the AP exam.

AP Spanish Language
Conducted almost entirely in Spanish, this course emphasizes communication across interpersonal, interpretive, and presentational modes. Students explore cultural products, practices, and perspectives in contemporary and historical contexts.

Dyslexia Instruction
Dyslexia Instruction provides an evidenced based Dyslexia Program designed to meet the needs of students requiring Dyslexia services. Class Bridge offers a variety of state recommended Dyslexia Programs that address the specific needs of students, taught by qualified and certified Dyslexia Instructional Specialists.
