Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in subject area of AP Course or World Language.
- For World Language Teachers, a valid teaching certification in the state they will be teaching.
- 2 or more years of teaching experience.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Online teaching experience is a plus.
- For Dyslexia Instruction, at least 2 years experience in teaching an evidence based Dyslexia Program.
- Dyslexia Specialists: Dyslexia Language Therapists (CALT, CALP, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Instruct and engage students by meeting curriculum standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing grades, feedback and support.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the school community.
- Participate in professional development opportunities.
